I've always been passionate about food and its impact on our health and well-being. That's why I pursued Nutrition Education at San Jose State and furthered my knowledge with a Master's in Public Health from CSU Northridge. But let me tell you a little secret – despite my academic background, I believe that cooking should never be intimidating.
